The Peerless CE61BE electric deck oven powers busy kitchens with two low-profile baking sections and a generous 42" W x 32" D steel deck. Digital controls let teams dial in precise temperatures from 250°F to 550°F to match doughs, parbakes, or finishing. Six tubular elements support sustained baking throughout service.
Load pizzas, flatbreads, and breads across two sections to stage orders and balance traffic. Use the broad temperature range to move from high-heat pies to gentle reheats or appetizers without slowing the line.
An aluminized interior, enamel finish, and stainless steel front simplify cleanup and present a professional look on the cookline. Adjustable legs make leveling straightforward during install or relocation. Compatible with pizza stones (not included) for deck-style baking.
