Boost output and maintain consistency with the Peerless CE62BESC electric, double-stacked deck oven. Four 7" high sections and 42"W x 32"D steel decks let teams stage pies, breads, and sheet-pan items across multiple levels for efficient batch cooking. Right-side digital controls consolidate operation along the cookline to simplify workflows in tight spaces.
Dial in heat from 250°F to 550°F to handle everything from par-bakes to deck-finished pies. Twelve tubular heating elements distribute energy evenly across each deck to promote uniform browning and repeatable results service after service. Use the capacity to stagger bakes, hold finishing temperatures, or split production between menu categories.
An aluminized interior, stainless steel front, and enamel finish stand up to daily use while presenting cleanly at the counter. Adjustable legs make leveling straightforward during install or relocation. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support code compliance in commercial kitchens.
