The 1.5" pizza stones store heat for crisp crusts and consistent results, while right-side digital controls let you dial in precise setpoints from 300°F to 650°F.
Streamline workflow on the cookline: the single 9" high section suits thin- to medium-crust pies, flatbreads, and appetizers, providing room for pans and peels. Position the unit so the controls face your service line to simplify turns during rush periods.
