Its 42"W x 32"D baking surface and single 12" high section accept a range of pans or direct-to-stone bakes, while the aluminized interior and stainless steel front stand up to daily use. A throttling thermostat with a 300°F–650°F range pairs with the "Power-Pak" 4-cell burner system to help you dial in repeatable results service after service.
Fire up slices for lunch rush, finish stromboli and calzones, or crisp flatbreads right on the stones to streamline your pizza line. When tickets stack up, an optional removable center wire rack can split the cavity into two 6-inch sections for simultaneous bakes. Adjustable legs make leveling straightforward across varied floor conditions.
