Built for busy pizza lines, the Peerless CW62PSC is a double-stacked, gas deck oven that maximizes throughput without complicating your workflow. Each oven offers a 42 in W x 32 in D stone deck interior with (2) 7-inch-high sections, giving chefs the vertical clearance they need for a variety of pies and calzones. A throttling thermostat and 300 to 650°F range let operators dial in exact baking conditions.
Right-side controls simplify installation on the cookline and keep adjustments within easy reach. The aluminized interior, stainless steel front, and adjustable legs support durable setup and reliable daily service.
