A self-contained, front-vented system holds 34°F to 42°F using a responsive digital thermostat, ideal for prep ingredients and ready-to-serve items. The 5.3 cu. ft. interior, built with stainless steel, stands up to daily commercial use.
Streamline access with two adjustable full-extension shelves and a floor rack that bring pans and bottles fully into reach. A left-hinged, lockable solid door secures product, while bright LED lighting speeds checks during service. Use it on the cookline for mise en place, at the garde manger station, or behind the bar for garnishes and bottled items.
