Set and monitor 34°F to 42°F with the digital thermostat, while LED lighting and a left-hinged glass door with stainless frame showcase contents at a glance. Two black vinyl-coated full-extension adjustable shelves plus a floor rack hold prep pans, bottles, or back-up mise en place. The locking door protects valuable inventory during off-hours.
A self-contained R600a system with a self-evaporating condensate pan reduces maintenance and speeds install.
