Dial in precise cooling from 34°F to 42°F with a digital thermostat, while LED lighting and full-extension adjustable shelves make fast work of restocking and retrieval. The solid stainless steel, left-hinged, locking door protects high-value product during off hours.
Engineered for busy kitchens and bars, the stainless steel interior and self-evaporating condensate pan simplify cleanup and daily maintenance. Use the included floor rack to stage heavier pans, and rely on self-contained, R600a refrigeration for efficient performance on a standard 115V outlet.
