Designed for high-output beverage programs, the Perlick ISC12 Ice Vault streamlines ice handling and bottle staging in a compact 12" x 16-7/8" footprint. This patent-pending, modular large-format ice management system marries stainless steel durability with purpose-built organization to keep service moving.
Put two 8" deep front and rear wells to work separating cube types or dedicating ice for prep versus service. The VariChill adjustable temperature bottle well keeps mixers or back-up spirits close at hand at targeted temperatures, while the telescoping hinged lid enables quick access and maintains a clean presentation.
An ice tempering pan supports efficient ice management between pulls during peak periods. Plug into a standard 115v circuit via the NEMA 5-15P cord; the 1/10 HP R290 refrigeration setup powers consistent performance in cocktail bars, hotels, and event venues. NSF and cULus listings support professional compliance requirements.
