Drive faster, cleaner cocktail production with the Perlick Corporation PTE68-A-WF, a pre-configured 68" Tobin Ellis Signature Cocktail Station designed to keep bartenders in the rail. Ideal for high-volume bars, hotels, and stadium suites, it centralizes ice, bottles, mixers, and rinsing tools within easy reach.
A 30" ice chest with 10-circuit cold plate, 3-piece sliding cover, and two dividers supports efficient ice management and beverage chilling. A 12" insulated bottle well, 30" bottle tray for nine bottles, curved left/right speed rails, 18" single speed rail, and an 8" slanted speed rack stage your spirits, modifiers, and syrups for rapid pickup.
The 18" x 27-1/2" sink with glass rinser and recessed front cubby, paired with a splash-mount gooseneck faucet with swing spout, helps speed glass turnover and prep. A stainless steel wet waste basket simplifies clean-up between rounds so teams can maintain pace during peak service.
