Engineered for speed and organization, the Perlick PTE68-C-WF Tobin Ellis Signature Cocktail Station is a pre-configured, 68" wide underbar combo sink and cocktail workstation. It equips bartenders to execute high-volume service with a logical, reach-friendly layout that minimizes steps and maximizes throughput.
Manage ice and mixers efficiently with the Perlick Ice Vault and a 30" ice chest featuring a 10-circuit cold plate, two dividers, and a 3-piece sliding cover. A 30" bottle tray holds nine bottles to keep your core spirits or modifiers neatly staged.
Speed rails on the left and right, an additional 18" single rail, and an 8" slanted speed rack keep frequently used bottles and tools at hand. The 18" x 27-1/2" utility sink integrates a glass rinser and recessed front cubby, paired with a splash-mount gooseneck faucet supplied in lieu of a foot-operated faucet for free-standing installations, plus a stainless steel wet waste basket for clean workflow.
