Drive high-volume frying with the Pitco Solstice™ reduced oil volume fryer system, model SELV14C/14T-2/FD. This electric battery fryer combines three fryers with a mix of full and twin tanks to stage multiple menu items at once while conserving oil. Elevate throughput during rushes in QSRs, campus dining, hotels, and commissaries.
Computer controls help maintain consistent cook results, while the push-button top off simplifies maintaining proper oil levels between batches. One 30 lb full tank and four 15 lb twin tanks support dedicated vats for fries, chicken, and allergen-sensitive items to keep flavors separated and lines moving.
Minimize downtime with the built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System that streamlines filtering right at the fryer. A fresh oil jug holder with low jug indicator speeds replenishment, and stainless steel tank, front, and sides stand up to daily cleaning.
