The Pitco SELV14C-2/14T/FD Solstice™ Reduced Oil Volume Fryer System streamlines high-volume frying with an electric three-fryer battery designed for consistent output and simplified oil management. Configure two 30 lb full vats alongside a twin 15 lb vat to match mixed prep needs across your menu.
Standardize cook performance with computer controls and push-button top off that help maintain oil levels and repeatable results during peak periods. Speed turnarounds using the built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System to filter on demand between batches. A fresh oil jug holder with a low jug indicator helps you replenish proactively and keep stations moving.
Stainless steel tanks, fronts, doors, and sides handle demanding back-of-house environments while cleaning down quickly. Ideal for chefs and operators running fries, wings, seafood, and dedicated SKUs in separate vats to support workflow and product quality.
