The Pitco SELV14TX-C/FD is a reduced oil volume, electric split pot fryer engineered for consistency and control in busy kitchens. Two independent 15 lb tanks let you stage sides and proteins simultaneously while dialing in precise cook profiles with computer controls. Push-button top off helps maintain optimal oil levels during rushes.
An integrated Solstice Filter Drawer System keeps filtration at the fryer, streamlining workflow and supporting better oil quality between dayparts. Operators can filter on demand without moving hot oil or pausing production lines.
