With two full 50 lb oil tanks and a total 244,000 BTU input, it supports high-volume production of fries, wings, tenders, and more. Stainless steel tank, front, and sides are built for daily service and fast cleanup.
Streamline workflow with the under-fryer Solstice Filter Drawer System, enabling quick, in-place filtration between rushes to help maintain oil quality and consistency. Millivolt control provides straightforward operation. The integrated drawer keeps filtration contained beneath the fryer for an efficient, operator-friendly setup.
