Engineered for busy kitchens, the Pitco Solstice Supreme™ reduced oil volume fryer system, model SSHLV14C/14T-2/FD, optimizes throughput and oil use. This gas, three-fryer lineup combines one 32 lb full tank with four 17 lb twin tanks to handle varied menus and simultaneous cook cycles.
Computer controls with push button top off simplify operation and help keep production moving during peak periods. A built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System and a fresh oil jug holder with low jug indicator streamline oil management and minimize downtime.
High-output burners deliver the heat input needed for demanding fry loads, while stainless steel tank, front, door, and sides stand up to continuous service. Allocate the full tank for high-volume staples and use twin tanks to separate flavors for fries, chicken tenders, or seafood.
