Streamline your make line with the Randell 8148N-290 refrigerated raised rail prep table. The 48" width and 9.0 cu. ft. base give chefs fast access to backup product while the cold wall rail keeps ingredients consistently chilled for service.
Stage toppings and proteins in the raised rail, which accommodates six 1/3 size pans (pans not included) with included divider bars. Separate controls let you fine-tune the rail and cabinet independently, and automatic adaptive defrost helps minimize downtime during peak periods.
Built for daily production, this unit features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with a durable aluminum interior, all riding on 6" casters for easy maneuvering. A side-mounted, self-contained 1/3 HP R290 system powers reliable performance—ideal for pizza prep table lines, sandwich stations, and high-volume kitchens.
