Deploy the Randell 8260N-290-PCB raised rail prep table to speed pizza, salad, and sandwich production. Its 60-inch, two-section design with a 14.67 cu. ft. refrigerated base streamlines mise en place while keeping backups close at hand. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration protects workspace clearance for tight cooklines.
The cold wall raised rail accommodates eight 1/3-size pans (pans not included) and ships with divider bars for tidy ingredient zones. An integrated poly cutting board lets staff build orders directly at the rail to reduce steps and ticket times. Separate controls help dial in holding conditions for consistent results across shifts.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum interior and two solid hinged doors.
