The Randell 8268N-290 refrigerated raised rail prep table boosts make-line efficiency with a two-section, 68-inch footprint and 17.76 cu. ft. capacity. Its side-mounted, self-contained system drives a cold wall refrigeration pan rail that accommodates nine 1/3 size pans (pans not included) and includes divider bars for organized, high-throughput prep. Separate controls and automatic adaptive defrost help maintain precise temps while minimizing downtime. Built for demanding kitchens, the unit features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum interior for durable, easy-to-clean performance. Two solid hinged doors provide dependable access to chilled storage, and 6-inch casters simplify cleaning and mobility.
