Streamline your make line with the Randell 8383N-290-PCB refrigerated raised rail prep table. This 83-inch, three-section workhorse stages chilled ingredients in the raised rail while providing 23.55 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage below for backup product. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies installation and service access in tight kitchens.
Configure your pizza prep table, salad, or sandwich station with the cold wall pan rail that accommodates eleven 1/3-size pans (pans not included) and includes divider bars for organized layout. Separate controls and automatic adaptive defrost help maintain consistent performance throughout the day. A poly CTB, solid hinged doors, and an aluminum interior support fast-paced prep and easy cleaning.
Built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, this unit rides on 6-inch casters for flexible placement during rushes or overnight cleaning. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 115v/60/1-ph plug connection fit stand
