Drive faster make-line throughput with the Randell 8383N-290 refrigerated raised rail prep table. At 83 inches wide with a 23.55 cu. ft. base, it stages ingredients up top while keeping backups cold below—ideal for pizza, salad, or sandwich lines.
Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and a cold wall pan rail deliver steady chill to the rail, while separate controls and automatic adaptive defrost maintain performance through peak service. Load the rail with eleven 1/3-size pans; divider bars are included, pans not included.
Built for daily duty, the stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum interior simplify cleaning and withstand busy kitchens. Move the unit where you need it on 6-inch casters, and plug in easily with a standard NEMA 5-15P connection.
