The 111-inch, four-section base delivers 32.81 cu. ft. of cold storage behind four solid doors, while the cold wall rail organizes up to fifteen 1/3-size pans (pans not included) within easy reach.
Stage ingredients, build pies, and reload the base without breaking stride on the poly CTB. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with separate controls and automatic adaptive defrost helps maintain consistent performance through rushes.
