Drive faster make-line service with the Randell 84111N-290 refrigerated raised rail prep table. This 111-inch, four-section workhorse keeps high-demand ingredients organized and at the ready, while the base provides 32.81 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage behind four solid hinged doors.
Load the raised rail with up to fifteen 1/3-size pans (pans not included) for pizza, sandwich, or salad assembly, and stage back-up product below to cut restock trips. Stainless steel front, top, and sides pair with an aluminum interior for a durable, easy-to-clean build suited to daily rushes.
Separate rail and base controls help you dial in ideal holding conditions, and automatic adaptive defrost supports consistent performance through peak periods. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant streamlines installation, while 6-inch casters simplify cleaning and layout changes.
