This model employs top-mount self-contained refrigeration for a streamlined footprint.
Set and verify holding parameters with the digital temperature control and monitor system. LED interior lighting enhances product visibility during restocking or rapid pulls on the line. Nine adjustable PE coated wire shelves reconfigure easily to fit pans and bulk containers.
Three stainless steel solid doors with locks help secure inventory between shifts. Durable construction includes stainless steel doors, aluminum exterior sides, galvanized steel top/bottom/back, and a stainless steel and aluminum interior. Powered by a 1 HP system with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph and comes with a NEMA 5-
