Maximize your line with the Refrigeration X XST-28-12-N6 mega top sandwich/salad prep table. At 27-1/2 inches wide with 10.16 cu. ft. of storage, it stages ingredients in (12) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans while keeping backups within arm’s reach. Ideal for cafes, delis, and pizza stations that need fast, clean assembly.
Maintain product quality using the cold air compartment that bathes the pans in chilled air. The 9-1/2-inch-deep cutting board with side rail provides a generous, stable work surface for building salads, subs, and wraps. Close the included hood between rushes to help protect your mise en place.
A rear-mount, self-contained compressor and R-600a hydrocarbon refrigerant support reliable performance with simple installation. The stainless steel exterior door, aluminum sides, and galvanized back and bottom stand up to daily service. One solid door and an adjustable PE-coated wire shelf organize backup product, and the NEMA 5-15P plug fits standard 115V outlets.
