At just 27-1/2 inches wide, it fits tight spaces while delivering steady cold holding for your most-used ingredients. Use it at the make station to assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps without breaking workflow.
The cold air compartment cools ingredients from all sides, while the 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board with side rail creates a clean, efficient work surface. Organize backups in the 8.94 cu. ft. base with a solid door and an adjustable PE-coated wire shelf.
A rear-mount, self-contained system with R-600a refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor offers reliable performance on a standard 115V outlet. Durable construction—stainless steel door, aluminum sides, galvanized steel back and bottom—stands up to daily foodservice use in delis, cafes, and institutional kitchens.
