Optimize your make line with the Refrigeration X mega top sandwich/salad prep table. At 36-3/8" wide, it consolidates storage, prep, and service to accelerate tickets in tight kitchens. Keep ingredients organized and within arm’s reach for lunch rushes, catering builds, or late-night menu shifts.
Load up to fifteen 1/6-size, 4" pans beneath the hood, while the cold air compartment directs chilled air across toppings for consistent holding. Below, two solid doors access 13.49 cu. ft. of backup storage with two adjustable PE-coated wire shelves. Assemble orders fast on the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail.
Built for rigorous daily use, the interior features aluminum sides with a stainless steel back and floor, and an aluminum exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. A rear-mount, self-contained compressor uses R-600a refrigerant and plugs into a 115v, NEMA 5-15P receptacle. Ideal for delis, QSR lines, school cafeterias, and commissary kitchens.
