Its two-section design and 48-1/4 inch width keep storage and assembly stations consolidated for delis, pizzerias, and cafeterias. A rear-mount, self-contained system simplifies placement along walls and busy aisles.
Set up a high-capacity make line with (18) 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans under the hood and a cold air compartment that keeps toppings at the ready. The 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board with side rail streamlines sandwich, salad, and wrap builds during peak rushes.
The 17.82 cu. ft. base offers bulk storage behind (2) solid doors with (2) adjustable PE-coated wire shelves to fit changing menus. Built for daily service with a stainless steel exterior door, aluminum exterior side, and galvanized steel back and bottom, this model pairs R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP system for reliable prep line performance.
