Keep service lines moving with the Refrigeration X XST-48-N sandwich/salad prep table. This two-section, 48-1/4 inch unit organizes a full mise en place with a 16.26 cu. ft. refrigerated base and a rail that fits twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans under a protective hood. Stage greens, proteins, and toppings for made-to-order salads and subs during rush periods.
Load product behind two solid doors and arrange inventory on two adjustable PE-coated wire shelves for fast grabs between orders. A cold air compartment helps hold ingredient temperatures at the rail, while the rear-mount, self-contained system with R-290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor maintains cabinet cooling.
Prep with confidence on the 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board with side rail, then wipe down durable surfaces at close. The exterior combines a stainless steel door with aluminum sides and a galvanized back and bottom to stand up to daily kitchen demands.
