Product Description
Optimize your cold prep line with the Refrigeration X XST-72-N sandwich/salad prep table. This three-section unit combines 19 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with a 72-3/4" width and a 9-1/2" cutting board with side rail. Stage up to eighteen 1/6-size, 4" pans so cooks can assemble salads, wraps, and sandwiches without breaking pace.
Load bulk product behind three solid doors and organize it on three adjustable PE-coated wire shelves for fast restocking during rushes. A cold air compartment and (2) hoods help preserve pan temperatures between orders, while the rear-mount, self-contained compressor keeps airflow away from the customer side of the line.
Built for demanding kitchens, the exterior combines a stainless steel door with aluminum sides and a galvanized back and bottom.
