Stage proteins, desserts, or backup fry items behind a single solid door, and arrange contents on the adjustable PE-coated wire shelf for fast, repeatable access. The stainless steel exterior door and aluminum sides withstand busy kitchen traffic, while the galvanized back and bottom add durable support.
Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit maintains dependable performance on the line, at the bar, or in satellite prep areas.
