The two-section layout streamlines line service by separating proteins, garnishes, and backup pans right below your prep surface. Its compact footprint tucks neatly under counters to free up aisle space and maintain a smooth workflow on busy shifts.
Two solid doors help protect product while you pull items between tickets, and two adjustable PE coated wire shelves reconfigure quickly for boxes, pans, or deli tubs. A stainless steel exterior door and aluminum exterior side stand up to daily cleaning and heavy traffic, while the galvanized back and bottom add rugged durability.
A self-contained R-290 hydrocarbon system with a 2/5 HP compressor provides consistent freezing performance without remote lines. Powered by 115v/60/1-ph with a standard NEMA 5-15P, it’s ready to deploy at line stations, garde manger, pastry benches, or satellite prep areas across your operation.
