Its compact 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 30-3/8"H footprint and 7.11 cu.ft. capacity make it ideal for keeping key ingredients within arm’s reach while preserving valuable floor space. A solid door design helps maintain consistent cabinet temperatures during busy service.
Built for daily commercial use, the stainless steel exterior door resists dents and dings, while aluminum sides and a galvanized back and bottom add durability. An adjustable, PE coated wire shelf lets you stage mise en place, backups, or dairy with simple, sanitary organization.
Performance comes easy with a self-contained system using R-600a refrigerant and a 1/8 HP drive. ENERGY STAR® certification supports efficient operation, and the 115v NEMA 5-15P connection simplifies installation at the line, bar, or prep station.
