Two solid doors help maintain temperatures and protect contents during rushes. Two adjustable PE-coated wire shelves let you organize containers, bottles, and mise en place for faster access. A stainless steel exterior door with aluminum sides and a galvanized back and bottom stands up to daily cleaning and heavy use.
R-600a hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/8 HP refrigeration system provide dependable cold holding with ENERGY STAR performance. The 115v, NEMA 5-15P connection simplifies setup across kitchens, cafes, and concessions, while cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support code compliance.
