Drive high-volume pureeing, emulsifying, and blending with the Robot Coupe BLIXER23. Its 23 qt stainless steel cutter bowl removes and tilts to accelerate batch changes and safe unloading. A digital 0–5 minute timer on the control panel helps deliver repeatable textures from one run to the next.
Select 1800 or 3600 RPM powered by a 6 HP motor to process silky soups, sauces, and fine pâtés, as well as texture-modified diets for healthcare service. The see-thru polycarbonate lid allows quick visual checks so operators can stop precisely when the ideal texture is reached.
An adjustable two-blade stainless steel Blixer assembly refines particle size for consistent plating and portioning. Retractable casters simplify positioning for cleaning or service, keeping workflows moving in hospitals, commissaries, and high-volume restaurants.
