A see-through polycarbonate lid helps operators visually monitor processing at a glance.
Streamline workflow: load ingredients, secure the removable, tilting bowl, and program the digital 0–5 minute timer to standardize results across shifts. The adjustable two-blade stainless steel Blixer assembly enables precise particle-size reduction for healthcare diets, commissary soups, and smooth finishing work on sauces and spreads.
Reposition with ease using retractable casters for cleaning or production changeovers. With 1800 and 3600 RPM speeds on 208–240V three-phase power, the BLIXER30 delivers consistent performance service after service.
