The Robot Coupe BLIXER60 vertical blender/mixer streamlines high-volume prep with a 60 qt capacity and a removable, tilting stainless steel cutter bowl. Two stainless steel S-serrated blade assemblies rapidly puree, chop, and emulsify ingredients, while a see-thru polycarbonate lid lets crews monitor texture in real time. A digital 0–5 minute timer supports repeatable results across shifts.
Batch sauces, soups, pureed diets, pâtés, and dressings directly in the bowl, then tilt to unload cleanly into carts or hotel pans to keep service moving. Two speeds—1800 and 3600 RPM—allow operators to match output to product, from delicate vegetables to dense proteins.
Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel construction withstands daily sanitation, and retractable casters make positioning the floor unit simple during setup or cleaning. The 16 HP, 208–240V, 3‑phase power supports demanding production in commissaries, healthcare, and institutional settings.
