Load peppers, onions, mushrooms, and more through the kidney-shaped or cylindrical hopper to match produce size and shape. The no-bowl configuration keeps product moving and supports rapid batch changes without downtime.
Swap discs to slice thin or standard cuts, grate cheese or vegetables, or dice produce in 10 mm cubes, then clean dice grids with the included tool. The 120v/60/1-ph, 12.0-amp design with a NEMA 5-15P plug simplifies installation across kitchens and commissaries. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it suits restaurants, pizzerias, and institutional operations.
