Engineered for high-volume prep, the Robot Coupe CL50E food processor streamlines slicing and grating with a dedicated vegetable prep attachment. Its no-bowl design keeps production moving between tasks and minimizes cleanup, ideal for kitchens that need continuous throughput.
Load cucumbers, tomatoes, or cheese using the kidney-shaped and cylindrical hoppers, then produce uniform 3 mm cuts with the included slicing disc (28064) or 3 mm shreds with the grating disc (28058). A 2-disc rack keeps tools organized and within reach to reduce changeover time on the line.
Driven by a 1-1/2 HP, single-speed 425 RPM motor, the CL50E delivers consistent results on standard 120v service. The polycarbonate base integrates smoothly into prep stations in restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries to support dependable, repeatable output.
