The vegetable prep attachment features a kidney-shaped pusher and cylindrical hopper to accommodate bulky heads of produce and long items like cucumbers or carrots. Use the included 3 mm slicing disc (28064) to produce uniform slices for salads, sandwich boards, and garnishes. The 3 mm grating disc (28058) helps batch shred ingredients for slaws, soups, and mise en place.
