The dedicated vegetable prep attachment with full moon shaped and cylindrical hoppers streamlines loading of bulky heads and long produce. Keep crews moving during peak production while maintaining uniform cuts for salad bars, pizza lines, and commissary kitchens.
Out of the box, the CL52E includes a 3mm grating disc (28058) and a 3mm slicing disc (28064) to deliver consistent shreds and slices for clean presentation. A robust 2 HP motor drives a single 425 RPM speed that balances cut precision with throughput. The stainless steel base withstands demanding prep rooms and daily cleaning.
Plug into 120v/60/1-ph power via a NEMA 5-15P and put the machine to work across stations—from mise en place to banquets. Load, process, and transfer product in continuous batches to reduce bottlenecks and labor touchpoints.
