Product Description
Equip high-volume prep lines with the Robot Coupe CL55E, a commercial food processor built to standardize cuts and keep service moving. The vegetable prep attachment with pusher feedhead triggers auto restart, helping operators load quickly between batches and reduce idle time.
Out of the box, this unit slices and grates with the included 3 mm discs (slicing 28064, grating 28058) to produce consistent garnishes, salads, and mise en place. The single-speed 425 RPM drive and 2-1/2 HP motor deliver dependable performance for day-to-day production.
A stainless steel mobile stand with two casters positions the machine where it’s needed, from the garde manger station to central prep. The 2-disc rack keeps accessories organized so crews can swap discs and resume work without delay.
