Streamline production while achieving uniform cuts for salads, mise en place, and batch cooking.
Standard 3mm discs make specification-driven results easy. Use the 3mm slicing disc (28064) for consistent cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions, then switch to the 3mm grating disc (28058) for coleslaw, hash browns, or cheese. A single speed at 425 RPM, powered by a 2-1/2 HP motor, delivers dependable performance service after service.
