Driven by a 3 HP, two-speed motor (425/850 RPM), it processes up to 3,970 lbs/hr to accelerate batch production and keep service moving. Three-phase power at 208–240V delivers consistent performance on dense vegetables and bulk ingredients.
Outfit your kitchen, commissary, or cafeteria to slice and grate at scale. The vegetable prep attachment with pusher feedhead and auto restart supports rapid, continuous loading—ideal for salad bars, banquets, and central production. Swap between the included 3 mm slicing disc (28064) and 3 mm grating disc (28058) to standardize results across menu items.
A stainless steel base and stand provide stable placement in high-traffic prep areas. The included 2-disc rack organizes accessories and speeds changeovers, supporting throughput and consistency for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
