Engineered for high-volume prep, the Robot Coupe CL60B bulk E-Series commercial food processor moves product efficiently through a stainless steel bulk feed lead with external ejection. Operators can process continuous batches into waiting containers while keeping stations clear. Two selectable speeds, 425 and 850 RPM, help dial in results for delicate produce or firm vegetables.
A robust 3 HP motor on a three-phase 208/240v supply delivers consistent throughput for commissaries, institutions, and catering operations. Equip teams to standardize yields with the included 3mm slicing disc (28064) and 3mm grating disc (28058). The stainless steel base and stand provide stability and cleanability for daily production.
