This floor model pairs a stainless steel base and stand with a robust 3 HP motor and two-speed operation (425/850 RPM) to keep production moving. Output up to 3,970 lbs./hr to meet peak demand in commissaries, healthcare kitchens, campus dining, and large restaurants.
Use the included vegetable prep attachment with pusher feedhead to feed product securely and consistently. Auto restart engages when the pusher is used, helping staff maintain pace and minimize idle time during batch work.
Built for continuous service, the CL60E NODISC connects to 208–240V/60/3-phase power (6.5 amps) via a NEMA L15-20P. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation approvals support code compliance in commercial facilities. Put it to work for bulk vegetable prep, salad production, and high-volume mise en place.
