Dial from 3,000 to 10,000 RPM to aerate soups, smooth sauces, or emulsify dressings to your exact texture.
Speed through cleaning and changeovers with a removable stainless steel foot and blade. The Easy Plug detachable power cord simplifies service, helping busy operations minimize downtime.
