The Robot Coupe MP450COMBI immersion hand mixer streamlines high-volume prep with a powerful 1.1 HP motor and true variable speed control. Blend, purée, and emulsify directly in the vessel using the 18" stainless steel shaft, then switch to the 10" whisk attachment to whip and aerate delicate mixes. Dial in textures with ranges of 3,000–10,000 RPM (mixer) and 500–1,800 RPM (whisk).
Process up to 25 gallons (100 quarts) in stock pots and kettles, accelerating soups, sauces, dressings, batters, and meringues without batch transfers. The removable stainless steel foot and blade support fast cleaning between tasks to maintain pace during service or production runs.
