Accelerate prep with the Robot Coupe R10U vertical cutter mixer. Its 10 qt stainless steel bowl tackles high-volume tasks—chop herbs, emulsify dressings, and puree soups—while the included 3.5 qt stainless steel mini bowl handles smaller batches without slowing your line. This bench-style unit is purpose-built for busy prep stations where consistency and speed matter.
Dial in texture with two speeds (1800/3600 RPM) and responsive on/off and pulse controls, guided by indicator lights. Three smooth-edge “S” blades deliver uniform results, from coarse cuts to fine purees and pâtés. A magnetic safety switch provides an added layer of protection during operation.
Powered by a 4.5 HP, 208–240V/60/3-ph motor with a NEMA L15-20P plug, the R10U is ready for demanding production schedules. From sauces and spreads to nut butters and dough prep, it supports efficient, repeatable results for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
