The kidney-shaped feed opening accepts a range of produce to minimize pre-cutting.
Drive consistent results with a 1 HP, single-speed motor turning at 1,725 RPM. On/off and pulse controls let chefs fine-tune texture for salsas, dressings, and spreads using the bowl designed for vertical cutting and mixing. Use the included “S” blade, 2 mm grating disc, and 4 mm slicing disc to chop herbs, grate carrots, or slice cucumbers on demand.
